  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts ; 1/2″ Pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger ; grated or minced
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 Mango ; peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce ; Huy Fong
  • to taste Black Pepper
