When you are craving Cheesecake but not the guilt that comes with it, here is a delicious, satisfying substitute! This recipe is sugar free, fat free, and gluten free!
- 8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 box Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Flavored Pudding Mix
- Soften fat free cream cheese with electric mixer. Gradually add in milk, about 1/4 cup at a time. Sprinkle in pudding mix while blending until well mixed. Spoon mixture into 10 cupcake wrappers places into muffin tim. Refridgerate 20 minutes. Enjoy plain or with fruit topping!
