Ingredients:

  • FOR THE ROUX:
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ cups All Purpose Flour (more If Needed)
  • FOR THE SHRIMP CREOLE:
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 bunches Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, Chopped
  • 2 whole Green Peppers
  • 2 whole Red Peppers
  • 4 cans (15 Oz. Size) Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 2 leaves Bay
  • 1-½ teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 20 whole Shrimp (frozen Or Fresh)
  • White Rice (cooked According To Package Instructions), To Serve
  • Garlic Bread, To Serve
