Shrimp Fried Rice recipes

  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup SeaPak popcorn shrimp
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas
  • 3/4 cup frozen carrots, onions and celery
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger


  1. Cook shrimp according to instructions on package.
  2. While shrimp is cooking, Over medium-high heat, saute veggies in about 1 tablespoon of oil, until they are heated through (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. With vegetables pushed to one side of the pan, crack eggs into the now vacant half of the pan. Cook for 1 minute before scrambling with a fork. When cooked, combine egg with the vegetables and shrimp.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add rice, soy sauce, and seasonings to the pan. Heat through for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Serve hot.
